# New phone support in Advocacy

For some campaigns, customers may need to keep in touch with their storytellers in other ways than email.

That's why we've enhanced Advocacy to now support the ability to accept phone numbers—and importantly, handle all the consents that come along with it.

Customers can customize messaging and more. Best of all, it can be easily configured at the switch of a toggle—just like everything else in the platform.
