Revinate

Configuring Flip.to and Revinate to share data is simple—below are the instructions on how to do that for Advocacy and Discovery.

Advocacy

The Flip.to platform can automatically pass Advocacy leads into a Revinate contact list in two steps.

  • Create a new contact list in Revinate for Advocacy leads

  • Open up your new contact list, click Upload via API, and use or create the following custom fields:

Field NameTypeRequiredNotes

PROPERTY

Text

The name of the property.

CREATED

Date

The date that the user signed up.

  • Open up your new contact list, click Upload via API and send the token that is displayed to your Customer Success Manager.

Advocacy data is available 30 days after the user shared their contact information. This window is reserved for the platform to complete the remainder of the user journey.

All data is screened to ensure a clean list—users who unsubscribed, whose emails have bounced or who are covered by privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) will be excluded.

Discovery

The Flip.to platform can automatically pass Discovery leads into a Revinate contact list with custom fields.
